Customer Care

At Wallen Homes, customer service is more than a philosophy, it is a commitment backed by action. We want to be sure that your experience as a Wallen Homeowner is a positive one. We have a long history of excellent customer service that continues as you own your home.

We ask that non-emergency service requests be in written form, so we are able to log your request and ensure each item is handled appropriately.

If you are experiencing problems in your home please review your NAHB Construction Guidelines Booklet which was included in your Homeowner's Manual to determine if the item is warrantable then submit a request for service. We ask that you use our Service Request Form, which was included with your Homeowner's Orientation Manual. If you cannot find the form, any written request (with your contact information) is acceptable. You can Download forms: Orientation Review List and/or Glossary Of Terms. Please submit your service requests on your 1st and 10th month of occupying your new home. Service Requests can be submitted by Fax, Mail, or Online. Once a service request is submitted, you will receive a phone call from a member of our staff, to schedule a visit to your home and review your request.
